Connectivity Issues/Buffering?

If you're having issues with buffering on every selection, make sure to first try restarting both your home internet router and your device (Firestick, Shield, etc). More often than not, a simple router and device restart will resolve most connectivity issues. if your issue is still not resolved after restarting your router and device, then make triple sure you are indeed connected to the internet and that your download speed is at least 15Mb/s and then try using a VPN (we recommend PrivateInternetAccess.com) and see if the issue persists once connected to the VPN. If the issue is resolved after connecting to the VPN, then that means your ISP is blocking/throttling your connection to our IP address (likely due to continued patterns of high bandwidth usage) which has become a more common occurrence these days. Thankfully, shadow restrictions from your ISP can be avoided by using a VPN, which is why we recommend all of our users consistently use a VPN when connecting to our service for the best performance.
